You will need: 1 gallon zip top bag, 1(11 oz) box of Saltine mini crackers, (or oyster crackers) and 2/3 cup oil.
Directions: Pour 2/3 cup of oil into zip top bag, then add seasoning mix and massage unti. tally dissolved. Pour entire box of crackers in to the bag and seal tightly, leaving as much air as possible. Toss several times to coat all of the crackers in mixture. Repeat periodically until oil is completely absorbed. Let crackers sit for a few hours or overnight for the best taste.
Ingredients: Cultured Buttermilk (dairy whey and lactic acid, salt, celery seed, spices (including red pepper and black pepper), and paprika. Contains: Milk.
